I don't know what drew me to thinking about Owen today as I think of him from time to time and he always brings a smile to my face... what I find amazing is how I was drawn to seek him out on this date, not knowing it was the anniversary of his passing. The stars are shinig tonight Owen and you and my brother Michael are the brightest... Good Night and God Bless!

I was reminiscing on my childhood and I was thinking of our short time spent in Connecticut from 1974 to 1976 and the wonderful time my twin brother Rhys and I experienced playing hockey with our newfound friends.

My thoughts immediately came to Owen, our funny friend with the funny name.

I read of Owen's death with sadness and some resignation.

I did not know Owen as an adult but I will always have fond memories of the time we spent together in those two short years as teenagers.
